Brazil trade policy a paradox

With companies struggling to stay afloat during difficult times and the volatility seen in currency markets, governments are under pressure to adopt trade measures - as has been seen in Brazil. The country is in a state of paradox, a panel heard at the International Bar Association annual conference in Dubai today.
