Brazil sanctions AmBev executives in dominance case

Five years after issuing a record fine to their employer, Brazil’s Administrative Council for Economic Defence has fined six AmBev executives 2 million reais (€658,000) for coordinating an abusive rebate scheme, a rare example of individuals being sanctioned for unilateral conduct.
