Brazil fines pharmacy cartel, settles with air freight suspects

Brazil’s Administrative Council for Economic Defence (CADE) has fined 11 pharmacies for taking part in what it calls a blatant, public cartel that fixed the discounts each shop was allowed to offer its customers.
