Brazil drops companies but charges executives in compressor competition case

The general superintendent for Brazil’s Council for Economic Defense (CADE) has recommended that the agency drop its charges against Panasonic, ACC and Danfoss related to the companies’ alleged involvement in a refrigerator compressor cartel.
