Brastec buys Dutch offshore equipment producer

Brazil’s Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados and Dutch firm Houthoff Buruma have helped Brastec, a manufacturer of equipment for onshore oil & gas facilities, acquire Dutch company SAS, which provides equipment for the offshore market.
