Bragard & Durán in ISUSA issuance

Uruguay’s Bragard & Durán Abogados has helped chemical and fertilizer producer Industria Sulfúrica Sociedad Anónima (ISUSA) issue bonds worth US$20 million, one of the first issuances to be made under new regulation aimed at speeding up regulatory approval.
