BNDES in record US$2.5 billion bond offering

The São Paulo, New York, London and Washington, DC offices of Shearman & Sterling LLP have helped BNDES raise US$2.5 billion worth of notes, the largest fundraising operation that the Brazilian development bank has ever conducted abroad.
