BM&A steers new project finance repayment structure for Renova

Barbosa Müssnich & Aragão has acted as lead counsel to Brazilian renewables company Renova in a US$916 million, multi-stage project finance deal, which introduces a new simpler repayment structure enabling holding companies to use redeemable shares from their subsidiaries.
