Blow to ExxonMobil in Venezuela claim

Venezuela has welcomed an ICSID panel's decision to exclude part of a US$10 billion claim by ExxonMobil over expropriated oil projects in the Orinoco Belt - a ruling that sets limits on companies structuring their investments to gain the protection of a treaty.
