Blackstone sells Mivisa Envases for US$1.65 billion

Peru’s Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados, the New York office of Dechert LLP and Spain’s Uría Menéndez have advised consumer packaging company Crown Holdings in its acquisition of Mivisa Envases, a Spanish can manufacturer with operations across the world, including in Peru.
