Biofuels investor brings arbitration claim against Panama

An Italian-owned company has filed an International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) claim against Panama after complaining that an arbitrary reduction in the price of ethanol led to the closure of its local biofuel facilities.
