Bimbo follows bond deal with confectionery buy

Having made a change from its regular legal advisors in making its US$800 million debt offering on the international markets last week, Mexican baked goods group Bimbo has turned to Mexican firm Berdeja y Asociados to lead its acquisition of local confectionery group Dulces Vero.
