Bekaert and Arcelor Mittal close Costa Rican JV

Costa Rica’s BLP has helped Belgian steel wire company Bekaert acquire a majority stake in a wire rod manufacturing plant owned by steelmaker Arcelor Mittal, as part of a Latin American joint venture agreement between the two.
