BBVA microfinance foundation expands in Peru

Payet Rey Cauvi Abogados has helped Fundación BBVA para las Microfinanzas (FMBBVA), the microfinance arm of Spain's second largest bank, acquire 62.4 per cent of Peruvian microlender Financiera Confianza.
