Bancomext moves to examine plastics manufacturer's funds

Mexico’s development bank has asked the Delaware bankruptcy court to allow it to probe transfers between Mexican non-debtor affiliates of bankrupt plastics manufacturer M&G USA Corporation, amid fears that funds earmarked for operating expenses and exports may have been “fraudulently” used to support the debtors.
