Banco ABC in US$100 million debt offering

The São Paulo and New York offices of Proskauer Rose LLP and Brazil’s Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados have helped Banco ABC Brasil close a US$100 million subordinated notes issuance in the international markets.
