Baker, White & Case and Pinheiro Neto also on board for Tyson’s JBS sale

Baker & McKenzie LLP in the US and Mexico, White & Case SC in Mexico and Brazil's Pinheiro Neto Advogados have confirmed they are working alongside Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in New York on Tyson Foods' US$575 million sale of its poultry businesses in Brazil and Mexico to rival JBS.
