Avila & Vidal helps Colombians win BOOT bid

Avila & Vidal Abogados advised and represented Interconexión Eléctrica SA ESP (ISA) of Medellín, Colombia in an international public bid for a US$55-million BOOT contract for the design, operation and maintenance of a high-tension electricity transmission line in Peru. ISA beat off Red Eléctrica de España and Hydro Quebec to win the contract. The agreement was signed on April 30.
