Avantel funds 4G launch with capital raise

Kirkland & Ellis LLP in New York, Colombia’s Gómez-Pinzón Zuleta Abogados and Harneys in the British Virgin Islands have assisted Colombian mobile phone operator Avantel with an equity capital raise to fund the launch of its 4G LTE service.
