Avah Legal helps Danone win unfair competition claim

Mexico’s Avah Legal, SC has helped Danone win an unfair competition case against rival Lala on grounds that the Mexican company had sought to discredit the health benefits of one of Danone’s yoghurts in an advertising campaign.
