Attempt to hold AB-InBev/Grupo Modelo separate fails in district court

A federal court judge has rejected a bid by a proposed class of plaintiffs to stop the merger between North American brewery leaders Anheuser-Busch InBev and Grupo Modelo while it decides whether the deal will harm competition.
