Astra seeks new route to force Petrobras payment

Dutch company Astra Oil Trading is taking preventative steps in state court to preserve its right to pursue payment of a US$639 million arbitral award against Petrobras, even as the Brazilian state-owned oil company is continuing its appeal process in the federal system.
