Arias Fábrega in hydroelectric project debt offering

Panama’s Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega has acted as deal counsel on Generadora Alto Valle’s US$27.5 million bond offering to finance the construction of a run-of-the-river hydroelectric project located in the province of Chiriquí, Panama.
