Argos builds in Honduras with Lafarge asset buy

Colombian cement company Argos has turned to four offices of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Consortium Centro America Abogados - Honduras to acquire French rival Lafarge’s Honduran operations, four months after bagging the company’s assets in the US and Germany.
