Argentine gaming buy-out "could spur venture capital deals"

Greenberg Traurig LLP has advised the owners of Argentine game development studio Three Melons- which was launched as a venture-capital funded start-up- as they sold out their investment to Playdom, a gaming company in Silicon Valley.
