Argentine firms advise in US$63.6-million debt restructuring
Buenos Aires firm Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani has assisted a syndicate of international banks in the structuring and negotiation of a debt-restructuring agreement involving indebtedness in excess of US$63.6 million entered into by and among Buyatti SAICA, a major cotton and cotton-seed oil producer and the majority of its creditors.
