Argentine debt bill seen as only “partial and temporary” solution
Argentina has passed a bill designed to enable the government to pay its restructured bondholders outside the US in a bid to bypass a New York court injunction, risking being in contempt of court, but lawyers say it is likely to meet with logistical hurdles and limited appetite from bondholders.
