Argentine congress approves Repsol settlement

Argentina’s parliament has approved a US$5 billion payout to Spain’s Repsol for the nationalisation of oil and gas operator YPF, putting the final nail into the coffin of an ICSID claim in which the company had sought twice as much in damages.
