Argentine and US firms advise on Bristol-Myers Squibb divestiture
The Buenos Aires law firm Estudio Beccar Varela has acted as Bristol-Myers Squibb's Argentine counsel in the recently finalised worldwide divestiture of the personal care products division of Clairol to the Procter & Gamble Company for nearly US$4.95 billion. Cravath, Swaine & Moore acted on behalf of BMS in the United States.
