Argentina’s Mastellone Hermanos returns to the capital markets

Mastellone Hermanos, an Argentine dairy distributor, has issued notes worth US$200 million with help from Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York and Washington, DC and Cibils Labougle Ibañez Abogados in Buenos Aires.
