Argentina’s Globant retains regular counsel for follow-on offering

Argentine tech company Globant has retained DLA Piper LLP in New York, Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal in Buenos Aires and Luxembourg’s Arendt & Medernacht to raise US$144 million through a share offering, its second since becoming Latin America’s first ever software provider to go public on the New York stock exchange last year.
