Argentina speaks about Sempra arbitration

A representative of Argentina's Attorney General's Office - the body that defends the state in ICSID matters - has commented on Sempra developments for the first time, saying that "it is difficult to find a clearer case of non-application of the applicable law" than in the recently annulled award.
