Argentina settles with holdouts
Argentina has settled with holdout creditors led by Paul Singer’s Elliott Management, reaching an agreement that will see the country pay the holdouts US$4.63 billion and end an epic15-year-long dispute that locked South America’s second-largest economy out of the international capital markets and badly hindered economic growth.
