Argentina runs out of options as top US court declines holdouts case
The US Supreme Court has declined to hear Argentina’s appeal over its bid to avoid paying US$1.33 billion to holdout creditors, leaving the country with little option but to start negotiations with them if it is to escape either full repayment to the bondholders or a technical default.
