Argentina handed ICSID award over sewage expropriation

An ICSID tribunal has ordered Argentina to pay French water management company Saur International US$59 million over the expropriation of a water and sewage concession, concluding a case that began 11 years ago in the aftermath of Argentina’s financial crisis.
