Argentina files petition for retrial over US court debt ruling
Argentina has filed a petition for a retrial at the US Second Circuit Court of Appeals over a recent ruling that prevents the country from paying those creditors that accepted exchange offers for its defaulted debt unless it pays holdout creditors at the same time, which the country says threatens to push it into another default.
