Argentina contests Unidroit franchise proposals
At the recent meeting of the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (Unidroit) in Rome, convened to consider the shape and thrust of a ‘uniform’ or ‘model’ law of pre-sale disclosure for franchising, all the official discussions were premised on the assumption that such an approach might discourage the proliferation of national laws on franchising.
