Arca and Coca-Cola close Ecuador buy

Mexican beverage company Arca Continental has concluded its US$400 million acquisition of Tonicorp, one of Ecuador’s largest dairy distributors, in partnership with the Coca-Cola Company – drawing on six firms spanning four jurisdictions.
