Arbitrator challenges filed in Argentina mass claim

Proceedings have been suspended in a mass ICSID claim against Argentina after the state requested the disqualification of the tribunal's chair, Pierre Tercier, and the arbitrator appointed by the claimants, Albert Jan van den Berg.
