Arbitration the best solution for Chevron Ecuador

A member of the international litigation community says international arbitration would be a better method of settling the increasingly intractable Chevron-Ecuador dispute, after Chevron asked that the court-appointed expert in Ecuador estimating the clean-up cost in Amazon rainforest be dismissed.
