Arap Nishi and Loeser navigate new regulatory framework in port purchase

Brazil’s Arap, Nishi & Uyeda and Loeser e Portela Advogados have helped Dutch agribusiness Nidera purchase Multigrain’s Cereal Sul wheat terminal in Brazil’s main port of Santos in the first deal to fall under the scope of Brazil’s new ports law.
