Aralco secures creditor approval for second restructuring plan

Creditors of Brazilian sugarcane processor Aralco, represented by Felsberg Advogados, have approved a second reorganisation plan that will see the company receive a US$42 million loan from French commodities trader Sucres et Denrées (Sucden).
