Another judge steps down from Clarín case
The latest interim judge appointed to hear the case between Clarín and the Argentine government over the number of licences held by the media group has been recused by the country’s Ministry of Justice after the government argued that an earlier ruling the judge made in favour of Clarín would prevent him from acting impartially on the case.
