Andina in US$575 million notes issuance

Embotelladora Andina, the second largest bottler of Coca-Cola beverages in Latin America, has returned to Chile’s Morales & Besa and the New York office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP to issue notes worth US$575 million.
