Alessandri and Puga Ortiz in football trademark case

Alessandri & Compañía has helped Chile’s National Association of Professional Football (ANFP) obtain a favourable decision before CONAR, the country’s self-regulatory body for advertising standards, to protect the association’s trademarks.
