Alejandro Silva joins Chadbourne & Parke's project finance group and Latin American practice

Alejandro Silva, until recently managing partner of the Bogotá law firm Silva, Piñeros & Gómez, has joined Chadbourne & Parke LLP’s project finance group and Latin American practices as counsel, based in Washington DC.
