Alaris closes Argentine leg of Kodak M&A
Argentina’s Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal and US firm Sullivan & Cromwell LLP have helped Eastman Kodak sell its Argentine personalised and document imaging businesses to a company set up by the photograph company’s UK pension fund, as part of a wider settlement between the two after Kodak, once one of the world’s best-known producers of camera films, filed for bankruptcy in 2012.
