Alaris closes acquisition of Kodak’s Brazilian assets

Hogan Lovells LLP and Brazil’s Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados have helped Kodak Alaris buy the personalised and document-imaging businesses of Eastman Kodak, in the Brazilian leg of a US$325 million global acquisition.
