Abengoa awards survive second challenge

A US appeals court has affirmed two ICC awards in favour of subsidiaries of Spain's Abengoa, upholding an earlier ruling that there was “no material evidence” the tribunal chair, David Rivkin, was aware of conflicts issues at the time the awards were made.
