Abbott buys CFR in US$2.9 billion pharma deal

The New York and São Paulo offices of Clifford Chance LLP and Chile’s Barros & Errázuriz Abogados have advised Chicago health-care company Abbott in its US$2.9 billion acquisition of Chilean CFR Pharmaceuticals.
